In addition to being a plant-based vegan protein, the tofu can also be cooked in a variety of ways, making it an excellent vegan protein to add to your diet. This recipe is a great way to use up left overs from the busy week.
I don’t recommend eating tofu raw for a number of reasons. I’m not sure what the health benefits are, although the fact that tofu is one of the more common plant proteins in nature makes me think that it’s not far off. But the fact that tofu is so inexpensive, and is a popular protein in Asia, means that it’s not a bad protein to eat on a daily basis.
As with all good recipes, I’ve found that there is a lot of variation in the ingredients you can use. So I always try to get the best quality of ingredients for the best flavor. For this recipe, I used a variety of herbs and spices, and I used all-in-one packages of tofu for the best texture.

Although I’m not a big fan of tofu, it has become my favorite to use instead of regular meat. It’s so quick and easy to make, and the texture is so good. I think I prefer the thicker texture of tofu over regular meat.
I think, if tofu is new to you, it’s probably best to give it a try. I also think it’s best to give tofu an experiment. That way it can see what it likes and what’s good for you.
Its important to note that the only people who can actually cook tofu are vegetarians and vegans.
That’s right, there is no meat (or egg) in tofu. It’s all protein. We’re just cooking it in the same way that meat is cooked in the oven. And yes, it has a nice tang of curry.
