You want your body to create fat and protein when you eat carbs but theyre not burned off. So you need to eat more fats and proteins and less carbs.
So here’s a trick for you, when you’re planning to eat the most calories you should eat carbohydrates, that’s the kind that burns them off first. Carbohydrates are the food stuff that has lots of carbs in it. Thats why carbs are called “carb”.
