I’ve been eating artichokes for years and have never been a fan of them. In fact, I find most people who love artichokes as much as I do hate them. But I’ve decided to give in and start the process of changing my opinion.
The artichokes are actually a really good source of potassium, which is a mineral that is needed for healthy bones. So by eating them, you are adding a little extra to your diet.
But this recipe comes from the author of the book, “The Artichoke Cookbook.
The author is a former chef who has now taken up the cause of artichoke-lovers to get them to eat more artichokes and thus gain more potassium. I know I’m just putting this in the title, but you can actually get potassium from other foods.
The author of the book, The Artichoke Cookbook, also has some really good ideas for other ways to get potassium. One is to get a low-sodium diet, which will also give you more of that potassium you need. Another is to eat more green vegetables. I don’t know about you, but I would rather eat more green vegetables than artichokes in general.
Speaking of potassium, here’s another way to get more. Just like with our other “self-awareness” topic, this is one of those things where the more you know about something, the more you know. So the more you know about artichokes, the more you know about potassium in general.
That’s not to say you need to drink a lot of water or eat a lot of vegetables in order to take advantage of artichoke recipes, since these only take you so far. But you can get more potassium from your diet and even get some from artichokes. The downside is you can get to the same point with the potassium from just eating vegetables.
Well, that’s what I like to tell all my friends. If you have a friend who likes to go vegan and you don’t, then go ahead and make friends with them. They may just end up liking you for other reasons. It’s a lot less complicated then the other alternatives.
Well, yeah. I’ve heard this before. And I’m not really surprised. You can’t eat artichokes or you’ll die. And that was the point. There is no way to avoid eating artichokes, because they are, in fact, edible, and they are found in abundance in the world. It’s just that you have to be smart about it, and the best way to do that is to avoid eating them. It’s just not worth the risk.
